Winter Fun Is Here: We’re Permitted to Keep Operating!
The State of California Permits Us to Remain Open!
Snow Valley’s winter operations are permitted to continue under the state regional stay-at-home order that goes into effect on Monday, December 7 at Midnight.
While a fluid situation that could change, current guidance from the California Department of Public Health permits ski areas to continue operations under the category of Outdoor Recreation. Consequently, Snow Valley will remain open for skiing, snowboarding and sledding and will operate in compliance with the state of California’s Outdoor Recreation Guidelines.
We encourage Guests to review our operating details so that we can all help save our season and continue to operate. In short, face coverings remain required plus social distancing as well as reduced capacity of ticket sales, ski/snowboard rentals, ski school lessons plus chairlift loading capacities. Additionally, enhanced and more frequent sanitizing protocols are in place and all dining is offered via pick-up/to go. These operational adjustments are necessary for us to continue to operate in compliance with guidelines as well as to allow us to operate responsibly. The safety of our Guests, Team Members and Community remain our uncompromising priority.
While this winter season is different, we remain committed to being Southern California’s place to enjoy winter. Think Snow!
